From Contemporary to the old Masters: The National Gallery

My friend and I decided to continue after the ICA and tried to see some work for pleasure like the hoards of people we saw pouring into the National Gallery.

I was reminded of how artists like Monet would have been seen as crazy to paint the likes of this beauty:

Also about my love for Degar and how I had decided to try adding dancelike movements into my work after seeing the work by Wu Tsang:

Then, noticing it was Van Gough’s crabs I liked better than his sunflowers… Just casual art fun. Guess I can do this more the degree will be finished:

But I sure will miss the studio. Love this painting of the stove in the studio by Paul Cézanne:
